So here we are on week 8 of the Partnership To Success programme so much has been achieved in so little time. Anyway on to this weeks itinery & this is what we have been up to.

Because I am a student on Johns Partnership To Success programme it would only make sense that I promote it if I think that it is a course worth promoting and I obviously do. The reason I say this is because I have gained so much information & made a whole new network of friends and contacts in the Internet Marketing arena that this programme is just one of the best I have come accross and I truly mean that.

John has an affiliate programme set up in place for this course but not just anyone can promote it you have to first be whitelisted by John. The reason he doesn’t want just anyone promoting it is that he truly wants people that have actually tried & tested the course and have first hand experience of what the programme is all about and who better to talk about his course than his actual students. So the first thing we had to do was get whitelisted for Johns affiliate programme which he has set up on Clickbank.

Next we were taught about affiliate links these are the links you send potential customers through & if they make a purchase you will get paid an affiliate commission.

We downloaded and installed some software that Randolf Smith & Simon Hodgkinson have developed called Link Supercharger.
Link Supercharger is a link cloaking software and it makes long ugly looking affiliate links look plain and simple so as not to scare off any prospective clients. So for example my affiliate link for recommending link supercharger is as follows http://jvz2.com/c/204321/3658 now this looks a little bit scary to potential customers who dont know about affiliate links. A much better way of presenting a link to them would be as follows http://www.robertchenery.com/recommends/LinkSupercharger and that is exactly what link supercharger does. It takes these long & confusing links that just look like a confusing string of letters and numbers and turns them into something that
looks far more plain and simple. Oh and yes by the way if you click on either of these links and purchase Linksupercharger I will get paid a commission from Randy and Simon but in saying that the software won’t cost you any more than if you went directly to their website and made a direct purchase from them. I also actually use this software myself so I can recommend it to you from personal experience and it is very easy to set up.

Next we added a popup graphic to our blogs, we edited our aweber settings so that we could capture peoples names & email addresses and build a mailing list. In return they would get access to some free training videos that John Thornhill has created regarding the Partnership To Success programme.

The next step was to add some follow up messages in aweber so that our prospective customers would be continually reminded for a few days after they originally heard about the Partnership To Success programme.

Finally once everything was set in place we then had to test everything to make sure it is all working ok.
